Join us for one-hour combination of 30 minutes of intense cardio for a great calorie burn and 30 minutes of sculpting to achieve that tone body. A terrific class for members trying to lose or maintain weight and build strength and balance.
Arthritis Foundation's PACE I Chair Class 
Exercise specific muscles and joint groups with rhythmic movements while sitting and standing. Helps increase joint flexibility, overall stamina, and build stronger muscles.

Simply the premiere toning class using the physioball, bands, body bar, pilates ring, weights, etc. Enjoyable and unique for all participants.

This low-impact workout will provide a comprehensive exercise program using weights and bands for the new and/or limited exercising participant.

A coordination of yoga Asanas (poses) with breath work and a brief meditation designed to cultivate the health and well-being of the body and mind. All fitness levels are welcomed to join the beginner, intermdiate and multi-level classes.
Core Stability 
For individuals with osteoporosis, back problems and low level of balance. Functional activity and strength exercises focus on building core body strength and improving balance.

A fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow steps.

Arthritis Extra 

A progression of the arthritis class that adds the use of water
bar bells and hand bars to further focus on muscle strength and
flexibility.
H2O to Go 


Water Aerobics offers a complete workout for everyone, with cardiovascular conditioning as well as toning and stretching, using resistance bands, belts, noodles and weights.
Life Made Easier 
Improve your muscular strength and flexibility in the hip, knee, and ankle. If you have conditions that may restrict movement and you want to increase endurance and efficiency of movement, this class is for you.
Oh, My Aching Back 
Strengthen the muscles in your back, trunk, and abdomen to manage stress and pain in your lower back.
Resistance Training
This class will provide education and exercise to focus on increasing the strength of large muscle groups.
SPLASH

Get a cardiovascular workout along with muscle toning and endurance. You set the pace using resistance bands and hand barbells. Have fun and exercise at the same time! Be ready to work!
SPLASH II

Class is designed to help you lose those extra pounds! Class emphasizes cardio interval training, shown to burn off 4 times the amount of fat. Class includes resistance training to help tone major muscle groups using barbells, resistance bands, noodles and belts.

Fybromyalgia Aquatics Program 
This specialty class is designed to improve muscle tone, endurance, and flexibility. Class is done in slow controlled movements along with gentle stretches for the tender points.
MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Aquatics Program 
This program is designed to address the special needs of individuals who have physical limitations as a result of their disease. This program is conducted in a temperature controlled pool (84 degrees) to help promote flexibility, strength, and endurance, as well as, prevent fatigue.
