Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries (or any berries you like), fresh or thawed
  • 3½ cups water
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup Splenda®
  • Fresh mint sprigs and/or lemon slices for garnish

Purée the blackberries with 1 cup of the water in a food processor or blender. Strain to remove the seeds.

STIR the purée in a pitcher with the rest of the water, the lemon juice, and Splenda®. Serve over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and/or lemon slices.
