All participants will receive a commemorative T-Shirt. Medals awarded to the top 3 males and females and first finishers in each age category. Award winners will be posted on www.ejgh.org.

Event Information:
Each participant will be assigned to a 4-person heat. Heats are scheduled every 20 minutes throughout the event starting at 9am. Participants will swim 15 minutes in the pool, cycle 15 minutes on spin-cycles then run 15 minutes on treadmills. Transition times between each stage will be 1-5 minutes. Your score will only count your actual swim, cycle and run times, transition time will not count for or against you. This event will accommodate 72 participants.

Scoring:
All distances raced will be recorded by Wellness Center staff and reported to athletes at the conclusion of each stage. After all competitors have finished, total distances will be tabulated to determine your final standings.

Calculating distances raced:
Swim - total laps completed (accurate to ½ lap), 75 feet or 22.86 meter pool.
Bike - miles completed on cycle odometer, (accurate to within 1/100 of a mile).
Run - distance run on treadmill, (accurate to 1/10 of a mile).
